Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Assist patients with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Required Experience
- Current LPN license in the state of New York.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current LPN license required.
- CPR certification preferred.
