Job Description
We are seeking a CVOR Tech to join our dedicated team. You will be primarily responsible for providing support in the cardiovascular preoperative unit, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform large-bore IV starts and chin-to-toe hair removal.
- Administer medications and conduct skin assessments.
- Assist with arterial line, central line, and epidural placements.
- Transport patients to the operating room and assist with induction, intubation, positioning, and skin prep.
Required Experience
Critical care experience is required, with pre-operative experience preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
