Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for a position in the ICU department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and updates.
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
