Job Description- Line Packer - Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. - Prepare empty boxes by placing the appropriate plastic liners inside. - Tape-seal completed boxes and move the finished pallet to the assigned location. - Stack sealed boxes on a wooden pallet, normally four levels per pallet, or according to specific customer requirements. - Assist with the replacement and/or replenishment of raw materials. - Place regrind material (flash) into the grinder. - Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure they meet packaging specifications. - Perform visual inspections and package all products, ensuring compliance with established quality standards for assigned production lines. - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times and without exception. - Maintain communication with the Shift Supervisor and report any defects or issues that may prevent proper packaging of bottles. - Keep the work area and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary materials. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor and/or Line Leader. - Perform visual inspections to identify the need for raw materials, including resin and color, as well as packaging materials on assigned production lines. ## Qualifications - Ability to read and write effectively. - Good near vision and the ability to see details at close range. - Must be responsible, dependable, and committed to fulfilling job responsibilities. - Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing production environment. - Previous manufacturing experience is preferred. - Ability to lift and handle between 25 and 30 pounds. - Must meet the company's attendance requirements.[Preview attachment QR Code for Application.docx[Preview attachment QR Code for Application.docx ]{#avWBGd-164}]{#:13e}{tabindex="0" target="_blank"} ::: {aria-hidden="true"} {tabindex="0" target="_blank"} ::: {#:13d} ::: ::: {#:13j} ::: {#avWBGd-169} QR Code for Application.docx 226 KB ::: ::: ::: {#:13c} ::: :::
