Job Title: On-Call Snow Shoveler

Job Summary: Arc Labor Group is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our on-call snow removal team. We are looking for people who can respond quickly to winter weather events to ensure safe accessibility for our clients.
Compensation Structure:
- **\$20.00/hr - Snow Shoveler:**Standard manual snow removal.
- **\$22.00/hr - Working Driver:Must shovel alongside the crew.**The higher rate is for using your own vehicle to safely transport other SMT crew members to the job site.
Responsibilities:
- **Snow Removal:**Manually clear snow from walkways, entryways, and driveways using shovels and snow pushers.
- **Ice Control:**Spread salt or calcium chloride to ensure surface safety and prevent slips.
- Working Drivers:Safely pick up assigned crew members, transport them to the site, andperform full shoveling dutiesupon arrival.
- **Safety & Maintenance:**Adhere to safety standards while working in cold conditions. Ensure tools are used correctly and not left behind at job sites.
Requirements:
- **Reliability:**Must be available on short notice (early mornings, late nights, or weekends, depending on the storm).
- **Physical Stamina:**Ability to lift heavy snow, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift in cold weather.
- **Gear:**Must have your own weather-appropriate clothing (waterproof boots, warm jacket, gloves, hat).
- **For Driver Rate:**Valid Drivers License, insured vehicle that can seat multiple passengers, and a clean driving record.
