Job Responsibilities * Remove sharp edges and finish manufactured metal parts. * Install hardware into sheet metal components. * Clean, prepare, and package finished products. * Load and unload CNC machines. * Perform basic visual and dimensional quality checks. * Keep work areas clean and organized. * Assist with other general manufacturing tasks as needed. * Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.## Qualifications * No previous manufacturing experience required. * Reliable attendance and punctuality. * Willingness to learn new skills. * Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. * Comfortable performing hands-on work. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.## Work Schedule * Typically 23 days per week. * Flexible scheduling available, including shorter workdays or fewer full workdays. * Monday through Friday, with daytime and afternoon/evening hours available. * Potential shift option from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. * Specific days and hours can be discussed based on availability and production needs. * No weekend work required.## Compensation & OpportunitiesStarting pay is $18.00 per hour.Employees have opportunities to learn additional manufacturing processes, operate different equipment, and develop skills that may lead to increased responsibilities and compensation. ## About Apparatus ManufacturingApparatus Manufacturing is a precision metal fabrication and machining company located in Poughkeepsie, New York.
