In this role, you\'ll help build high-quality heat exchanger products used in critical industrial and commercial applications. Whether you have experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse operations, automotive repair, or another hands-on trade, we want to hear from you. What You\'ll Do Assemble industrial products and components according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices. Follow work instructions and quality standards. Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Support production goals while working as part of a team. Participate in training and skill development opportunities. What We\'re Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum six (6) months of manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, construction, mechanical, fabrication, or related industrial experience. Ability to use basic hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong work ethic and attendance record. Commitment to safety and quality. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience. Blueprint reading experience. Experience with measuring tools. Material handling or forklift experience.
