## Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Assist children with transitions during the day, mealtime, hygiene, and monitor their emotional and developmental well-being.
- Support the Lead Teacher with curriculum implementation, following daily schedules, conducting small group activities, and maintaining records of children’s progress.
## Teamwork and Collaboration
Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment is essential. ## Certifications
Candidates must have current Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification. ## Background Checks
Must pass comprehensive background checks and a health screening. ## Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift a minimum of 48.75 lbs.
