Responsibilities
- Greet customers and gather vehicle information
- Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
- Recommend maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history
- Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Monitor repair progress and update customers
- Review completed work and explain final invoices

Qualifications
Requirements
- 1+ year Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive dealership knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- CSI-focused mindset
