ameriCARE Marin is hiring compassionate and reliable caregivers throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties!
We are looking for dependable caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for 4-hour shifts, 7 days a week, including weekdays and weekends.
Shift Options:
• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Midday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Locations: Marin and Sonoma Counties, including Mill Valley and surrounding communities.
We have immediate opportunities available and are looking for caregivers who can commit to consistent schedules.
Pay & Benefits
• Starting at $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Caregiver Responsibilities
Depending on each client's needs, responsibilities may include:
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities (ADLs)
• Helping with walking, transfers, and fall prevention
• Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Supporting clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands when required
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity at home
Qualifications
We are looking for caregivers who are:
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to their schedules
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and our Care Team
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when needed
• Willing to follow individualized care plans
Experience is a plus! We welcome applicants with backgrounds in home care, assisted living, memory care, hospice, CNA, HHA, and other healthcare settings.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred. Some assignments may require transporting clients.
