SAP Solution Expert – C2R (Costing / Controlling) - Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Expert – C2R (Costing / Controlling) to join our team for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program. This is a remote role with occasional onsite travel within the U.S. for key workshops, events, or project milestones. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Controlling (CO), Costing, and Management Accounting, along with a strong understanding of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or discrete manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring process alignment with the global template and U.S. localization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Consulting or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on configuration within SAP Controlling (CO) and related Costing components.
• Proven experience with S/4HANA version 2019 or later, including at least 3 full life-cycle implementations.
• Strong exposure to A&D or discrete manufacturing industries.
• Prior experience as a Value Stream Lead or involvement in global template rollout/localization projects.
• Deep understanding of R2R/Controlling integration within Finance and other business functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, global delivery environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops, key events, or client sessions.
