Looking for a dependable, full-time manufacturing job with great benefits? United Gasket is hiring a Production Machine Operator for our second shift!
We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products. Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
• Operate industrial laminating equipment used to combine foam, rubber, plastic, fabric, and other materials.
• Load, position, and feed materials through production machinery.
• Monitor machines and make adjustments within your training to maintain quality production.
• Inspect finished materials for accuracy, appearance, and defects.
• Follow work orders and production instructions.
• Record production quantities and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn additional equipment and production processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
