SCHEDULE Part-time weekday shifts, anticipated to be 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility. Exact days and hours will be discussed during the hiring process. As a part-time Client Services Representative, you play an important role in how families experience our practice. A warm welcome, a clear answer, and a thoughtful follow-up can turn an anxious visit into a reassuring one. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in those moments. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome clients and pets with warmth, and create a thoughtful experience from the first phone call through checkout.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate patient care, and keep the day organized as priorities change.
- Answer calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
- Help clients understand our services, preventive care recommendations, and financing options, connecting medical questions with the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate records and process invoices and payments carefully.
- Work closely with our medical, boarding, and grooming teams so clients receive clear, consistent communication.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
Helpful, but not required:
- Veterinary, medical, dental, or other healthcare experience
- Reception or hospitality experience
