The IT Architecture Lead Architect - AI is a full-time role located in Southfield, MI reporting to the IT Architecture & Integration Manager. Paid relocation is not available. - Serves as design authority for AI architecture within Corporate Applications - Deployment & Scalability: Lead the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and integrate AI into core business functions - Oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects that are assigned - Additional responsibilities as identified. What you'll bring Minimum of 5 years serving as an architect, technical lead, or equivalent design authority for enterprise-scale technology solutions rather than the overall progressive experience requirement. 2+ years of experience deploying AI/ML solutions to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including CI/CD and MLOps practices 3+ years of experience working with large-scale data systems (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, distributed processing frameworks such as Spark) Proficiency with Python + experience with modern AI application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI) and familiarity with traditional ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) preferred.
