Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Pay Rate: $22.96/hr to $34.43/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours of Work: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary:
Receive phone, and email requests from customers for information, prices and orders for stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper sheet, plate, pipe & shapes, rod and other metal service center products and services. Will support the outside sales activity.

- Previous phone sales experience.

Required Essential Job Duties/Functions:
- Represent the Company in a professional, courteous, and expeditious manner.
- Receive phone, fax, and email inquires from customers.
- Assist in the development of new accounts.
- Quote prices and delivery to customers utilizing the product and pricing knowledge of the Alaskan Team.
- Write, price, process and expedite all orders received.
- Progress in product and market knowledge.
- Receive and resolve customer complaints.
- Develop ability to quote items not in internal pricing system.
Desirable Job Skills/Experience:
- Good Product knowledge of non-ferrous metals.
