SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the
Installer
is to the installation, replacement, or repair of gutters, gutter guard, fascia, soffit, roof repair, siding, or other approved skill
required
at each assigned job site. The Installer is also
responsible for cleaning up the job site to the satisfaction of the customer and his or her immediate supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Properly administrate/for himself or herself: time and attendance, policy adherence, assigned production, and with clear communication
- Maintain clean workspaces to
include:
job sites, truck/trailer, and warehouse spaces
- Real time inventory management of equipment, tools, and materials used for jobs
- Safety coaching co-workers, adding to creati on of effort and improvement goals for crew/ team
