• Annual Full-Time salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
• Part-Time Salary: $50-$60 an hour.
• Our salary is based on realistic expectations of the hours our therapists actually work, not on unrealistic fee-for-service models that assume long hours and offer only 1099 pay with no health insurance, benefits, or paid time off. Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy to address mental health needs and psychological aspects of medical issues.
• Support through case management: Help patients follow through on their treatment plans and connect with resources to promote their recovery and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system.
