What You'll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, shipping, and order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories
- Coordinate material distribution to technicians, installers, and customers
- Supervise, train, schedule, and develop warehouse employees
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock
- Ensure warehouse safety standards and company procedures are followed
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shipping issues
- Coordinate deliveries and transportation logistics
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Operate and oversee the safe use of forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, and accounting teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- 2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience using warehouse management systems and inventory software
- Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies
- Experience improving warehouse processes and inventory accuracy

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Typical schedules are 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
- Overtime available
