Responsibilities Include 🔹 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site🔹 Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment🔹 Assisting with site preparation and daily construction activities🔹 Supporting carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades🔹 Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively🔹 Setting up and removing temporary barriers, signage, and worksite materials🔹 Assisting with grading support, layout tasks, and material staging🔹 Performing general labor duties including lifting, carrying, digging, sweeping, and debris removal🔹 Monitoring material inventory and helping maintain workflow throughout the project🔹 Following all company and OSHA safety procedures What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that builds something meaningful. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in construction, general labor, roofing, landscaping, site work, civil construction, or building maintenance Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team Understanding of basic construction site safety practices OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain one (provided at no cost) Bonus Experience
