This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, manufacturing, assembly, roofing, siding, or metalworking experience who want to develop their skills and advance into higher-level roles, including welding.What You'll Do
- Assist with steel fabrication, assembly, painting, and material handling
- Use hand and power tools to clean, prep, and assemble materials
- Read work orders and follow production instructions
- Support quality control and safety initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, roofing, siding, or metalworking
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure down to 1/16"
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and safety-focused
Preferred Qualifications
- Blueprint reading experience
- Trade school education
- Light welding experience
- Industrial, mechanical, or electrical assembly experience
