This position starts as a 4-month contract with the intent to convert to a permanent employee based on performance and attendance.This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or mechanical experience who are comfortable working in a structured environment where quality and attention to detail are more important than production speed. The work can be repetitive at times, so we're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in accuracy and consistency.Responsibilities
- Perform pressure testing and inspections according to established procedures
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, specifications, and process documentation
- Assemble and verify product kits from work orders and bills of materials
- Pull, issue, and organize materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
- Mark, label, package, and document parts according to customer requirements
- Maintain complete traceability of materials and finished products
- Identify quality concerns and stop work when issues are discovered
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse, assembly, testing, and production activities as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or general labor experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or blueprints
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
- Pressure testing experience
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
- Inventory control or material handling experience
