Picker / Packer Location: Hagerstown, MDPay Rate: $16.50 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Hagerstown, MD. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using pick sheets, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems
- Accurately pack products for shipment and prepare orders for distribution
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality
- Label, sort, and organize inventory as needed
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
