Responsibilities
- Paint production parts in a spray booth environment
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and taping parts
- Operate industrial spray paint equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic maintenance on paint equipment and spray systems
- Use hand tools and power tools for preparation and finishing work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of industrial or production painting experience
- Previous spray booth experience required
- Experience using industrial spray paint guns
- Experience with paint preparation, sanding, masking, and taping
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial painting experience
- Powder coating or sandblasting experience
- Forklift experience
- Marine, manufacturing, or industrial paint shop experience
