Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (GMP Cleanroom, 1st & 2nd shift open!)$36+, flexible on experience!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled industrial maintenance technician to oversee the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints.
- Install new production equipment.
- Service and maintain equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment.
- Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
- Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
- Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Communicate with the production team and maintain a clean work area.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Electrical maintenance experience including sensors and servos.
- Exposure to PLC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, relay, controls, and overloads.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- GMP experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Advanced PLC proficiency.
