Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial production equipment. This role involves working with machines such as mills, lathes, grinders, washers, and assembly lines, focusing on electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair industrial production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, and assembly lines.
- Read and comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot three-phase electricity, electrical and electronic circuits/systems.
- Read electrical schematics and work with relay ladder logic.
- Troubleshoot and program PLCs and CNC machines.
- Diagnose AC and DC drives and motors, including servo and stepper motors and their related components.
- Possess working knowledge of gearboxes and other mechanical power transmission methods.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Essential Skills
- Maintenance technician experience in industrial maintenance.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise.
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- PLC and CNC equipment troubleshooting and programming.
- Experience with motors, including servo and stepper motors.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to use electrical multimeters and basic oscilloscopes.
- PLC, CNC, and servo motor system troubleshooting across multiple platforms is preferred.
- Experience with three-phase 480v down to 24vdc electrical systems.
- Experience with motor control circuits, 24v sensors, and safety devices.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic repair skills, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Mechanical repair skills with screws, bearings, linear rails, gearboxes, belts, pulleys, chains, and conveyor drives.
- Proficiency with precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
