- Lead and support a small maintenance team (1-2 employees)
- Own preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues
- Support two extrusion lines operating 24/7
- Maintain hydraulics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings
- Perform inspections, lubrication, oil changes, and equipment adjustments
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Work closely with production to minimize downtime
- Help drive continuous improvement and department organization
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pumps, motors, bearings, and gearboxes
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Leadership experience or interest in overseeing others
