Responsibilities
- Operate automated, semi-automated, and manual production equipment.
- Follow daily production schedules and job priorities.
- Review work instructions, job travelers, and product drawings before production runs.
- Set up and change tooling as required for production jobs.
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Record production data, quantities, materials used, and job information in computer systems.
- Work closely with production leads and coordinators to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
Essential Skills
- 1+ years of machine operating experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and travelers.
- Ability to perform laborious work and heavy lifting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with production, machine operation, general labor, and hand tools.
- Ability to perform inspections and read blueprints.
