Immediate Hiring – Concrete Production Workers Aerotek | Spokane Valley | Apply FastAerotek is actively hiring Concrete Production Workers for a well-established precast concrete manufacturer in Spokane Valley. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with great pay, overtime, and room for growth.What You’ll Do
- Assist in all phases of precast concrete production
- Build and strip forms, tie rebar, and move materials
- Perform general cleanup and support production teams
- On-the-job training provided - experience welcomed but not required
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of labor experience (construction/precast preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Pay: $23.19 – $25/hr, based on experience
