This position involves loading and unloading trucks, order picking, staging materials, operating forklifts, and assisting with inventory and shipping activities.This is a long-term opportunity with day-one benefits, PTO, and the chance to learn overhead crane operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate sit-down forklifts, side loaders, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Package and label materials according to customer requirements
- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork
- Use SAP and computer systems to manage work orders
- Assist with inventory control and material movement
- Learn and operate overhead cranes as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of forklift experience required
- Side loader experience preferred
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and order picking
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- 3rd Shift: 12:30 AM - 9:00 AM
- Warehouse and production setting
- Frequent forklift and material handling responsibilities
- Steel-toed boots required
- PPE provided, including hard hats, gloves, and protective sleeves
