Forklift Operator Position, Start immediately | $21.50- $22 Plus Monthly Bonus Program I Permanent Placement Description:
- Ensure all units are banded properly and have a clear visible load tag.
- Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers efficiently.
- Perform a visual quality inspection on items and verify truck counts.
- Ensure that all paperwork is accurate.
- Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
- Complete online safety training each month as assigned.
- Maintain regular and exemplary attendance.
- Read the Wet End run schedule and prepare the correct rolls for coming paper grades.
- Drive and handle rolls safely according to company rules and training.
- Assist operators in peeling and prepping damaged rolls.
- Ensure butt rolls are properly prepped for return to the roll room.
Shift:
- 2nd Shift 4PM-12 Midnight M-F
- 3rd Midnight-8AM
