What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
- Complete preventive maintenance inspections
- Repair and maintain doors, locks, lighting, fixtures, and building systems
- Assist with landscaping, snow removal, pressure washing, and site upkeep
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Communicate with residents, vendors, and property managers
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of maintenance, construction, labor, or skilled trade experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, or remodeling
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
