We are hiring Construction Laborers to support the fabrication and installation of custom metal railings, architectural features, and decorative metalwork throughout the Valley.This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, carpentry, framing, fabrication, installation, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and eager to learn, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with the fabrication and installation of custom metal railings, panels, and architectural structures
- Work both in the shop and at customer job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and other construction equipment
- Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials for installation
- Sand, grind, polish, and finish metal components
- Load and unload trucks and materials
- Assist with packaging and crating completed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support installation crews on commercial and residential projects
- Learn additional skills, including forklift operation, fabrication, welding support, and glazing assistance
Qualifications
- Construction, carpentry, fabrication, installation, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to travel to local job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Experience reading blueprints is a plus
Work Environment This position involves a combination of shop and field work. You'll help create and install custom metal products for projects throughout the Phoenix area, including North Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. The shop environment can be warm during the summer months, and steel-toed boots and long pants are required.
