What You'll Do
- Perform full mechanical and electrical assembly of custom equipment and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
- Build, wire, and troubleshoot control panels and electrical systems
- Install motors, conveyors, sensors, and other components
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete precision assembly work
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during the build process
- Assist with equipment testing, quality checks, packaging, and other production-related activities
- Work closely with a skilled team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience working with electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
