- Work 36 hours over 3 days
- Receive a 10% shift premium
- Paid training on 1st or 2nd shift for approximately 3-4 weeks before transitioning to the weekend schedule
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Conduct quality inspections and testing
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify solutions
- Train and support newer team members
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Help improve processes and production efficiency
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience working on an assembly line
- Ability to read prints, schematics, or SOPs
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
