Primary DutiesThe position is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and development of advanced telecommunications solutions, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), radio frequency (RF) engineering, and in-building wireless systems. Responsibilities include: Provide leadership for wireless network architecture development RF system design, propagation modeling, interference analysis, capacity modeling, and performance optimization Technical evaluation of wireless technologies Engineering oversight Standards development Collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, original equipment manufacturers, and third-party vendors. #### Minimum RequirementsThe position requires: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
