Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures to ensure efficient production.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify excessive rejects or process deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, regulatory, and company safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- prior manufacturing, production, or process operations experience preferred.
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work a 12 - hour shift schedule and perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, and equipment cleaning.
