- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Environment & Space Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational Experience Center and surrounding workspaces.
- Prepare and ensure all collaboration zones, meeting rooms, and presentation areas are guest-ready, including technical setup, cleanliness, and stocking supplies.
- Monitor and manage equipment, collateral, and supplies, ensuring optimal availability.
Client Visits & Guest Hosting
- Act as the primary welcoming host for high-profile clients, partners, and executive visitors.
- Coordinate detailed itineraries for visitor access, agenda management, and guiding clients through the facility.
- Uphold a professional and hospitable atmosphere that reflects clients standards and values.
Event Support & Catering
- Plan and execute on-site events, workshops, product showcases, and team gatherings in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage catering logistics, including vendor coordination, menu planning, and setup/takedown.
- Collaborate on space reservations, ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, hospitality, or event coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for hosting clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve operational issues promptly.

Pay Details: $21.52 per hour
