Van Driver The AdLib Van Driver plays a critical role in our services by supporting people with disabilities in gaining access to non-medical transportation throughout Berkshire County. Our transportation program is part of our independent living program and provides door-to-door services and enables people to access the community for things such as shopping, recreation, and accessing critical services (RMV, SSA, housing appointments, etc.). This position must be able to pass a pre-hire DOT physical and drug test, as well as CORI/SORI and reference check, as well as adhere to all BRTA/MassDOT required trainings, including annual and 2-3 year renewals. This position requires lifting (10lbs and under), bending, kneeling, and reaching to secure wheelchairs and assist passengers. Ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with consumers, be able to maintain schedule independently, maintain regular data entry into electronic system, and assist with van and/or building maintenance. This is a 20-25 hour per week position salary is \$18.00-19.00 hourly.
