DescriptionLocation: Grand Blanc, MIOur client is seeking a Machine Repair Project Manager to oversee industrial machine repair and stamping press repair projects throughout the region. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional, machine repair technician, millwright, lead foreman, maintenance supervisor, or project manager looking to grow into a leadership position with a well-established industrial contractor.The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate field personnel, support customers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. While prior project management experience is beneficial, our client is willing to train the right individual on estimating and project bidding responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesManage machine repair and industrial maintenance projects from planning through completionLead and coordinate project teams ranging from 10-30 employeesSchedule labor, equipment, and materials to support project executionWork closely with operations, estimating, customers, and field personnelConduct occasional site visits to monitor project progress and support field teamsAssist in developing project estimates and customer proposalsMaintain project budgets, schedules, and customer communicationEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsMust Have:- 7+ years Stamping press repair experience-Experience working in manufacturing, stamping, automotive, or industrial environments-Machine repair and industrial maintenance experience-Ability to lead and manage field teams ranging from 10-30 employees-Strong communication and teamwork skills-Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (MVR required)Skillsmachine repair, stamping press, Machine set up, stamp press, industrial machinery, industrial maintenance, industrial equipmentTop Skills Detailsmachine repair,stamping press,Machine set up,stamp pressAdditional Skills & QualificationsNice to have-Prior Project Manager or Maintenance Manager experience-Estimating or bidding experience-Millwright with machine repair expertise-Lead Foreman, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician experience-Experience maintaining equipment within automotive stamping facilities-Familiarity with Ford, GM, Stellantis, Dana, Nexteer, or other Tier 1 manufacturing environmentsExperience LevelIntermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Grand Blanc, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
