Job Title: Warehouse Lumper

Job Type: Full-time || Monday - Friday || 9:00AM - 6:00PM OR 10:00AM - 7:00PM
About the Job
We’re hiring Warehouse Lumpers to join our day operations team. You’ll unload and load freight by hand or with non-powered equipment, sort and stack product, and help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently. If you like active, hands-on work and a team that has your back, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Unload inbound freight by hand or with hand jacks and pallet jacks
- Break down pallets and sort product by item number or destination
- Re-stack freight following safety and operational standards
- Shrink-wrap finished pallets for storage or outbound shipment
- Organize and consolidate pallets to make the best use of warehouse space
- Keep your work area clean and safe (sweeping, trash removal, clearing debris)
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and food safety regulations
- Report discrepancies, damages, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor right away
- Work with the receiving and shipping teams
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Take on other warehouse tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- A steady pace and a good attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following safety standards and company policies
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb for long periods
- Frequently push, pull, lift, carry, or move up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; seldom up to 100 lbs
- Frequent use of hands and fingers; regular reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Comfortable working in varying conditions, including cold storage, outdoor heat, and confined spaces
Work Environment
This is an active warehouse with forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts operating nearby. Expect moderate to high noise levels, concrete floors, and temperatures ranging from below zero in the freezer to 95°F or above outdoors.
