JOB REQUIREMENTS: AAA Hardwoods \| Weyauwega, WI AAA Hardwoods is seeking a motivated and dependable Sawmill Laborer to join our team in Weyauwega. This position offers a great work-life balance with four 10-hour shifts per week and no weekend work. The successful candidate will play an important role in our sawmill operations and will have opportunities to cross-train in other areas of the facility. Position Summary The Sawmill Laborer is responsible for removing lumber from the pull-out chain and placing it into the proper package while maintaining package quality and appearance. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurately stack and pile lumber according to specifications. Maintain the flow of production by keeping pace with operations. Work collaboratively with other lumber pilers to ensure packages are completed accurately and efficiently. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote productivity and efficiency. Cross-train in other areas of the sawmill as needed. Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance and perform all job duties satisfactorily. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Requirements Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position safely and consistently.
