Role: Revenue Operations Analyst · Location: Denver, CO, hybrid (3 days per week in office) About A2Z Sync A2Z Sync powers U.S. automotive retailers with an all-in-one operating system. Automotive retail is a market measured in trillions, and it’s still operating on disconnected, decades-old systems. We replace that friction by bringing a dealer’s digital and in-store work together on one platform, driven by AI that’s effortless for any dealer to use. Buyers get a transparent transaction, and dealers get better margins. We are a SaaS company experiencing tremendous growth. We are continually expanding our product library to give dealers more of what they need in one place, and we’re doing it with a team that takes ownership of outcomes, brings creative solutions to hard problems, and keeps our customers at the center of every decision. Why This Role Exists Revenue Operations at A2Z Sync is built on three pillars: Strategy & GTM Operations, Sales Operations & Enablement, and Systems & Insights Operations. Together they keep our teams aligned, our systems running, and our data trusted. As the company grows, we grow the department with it. Our Values: We Are DRIVEN
- Dealership Obsessed: We measure our success by the dealer’s wins and the trust of their buyers, not just our own code.
- Relentless Ownership: No lone wolves, but no pass-backs either. We don’t say “that’s not my job.”
- Invent with Purpose: We don’t chase shiny tech. We replace guesswork with intelligence, building the data backbone that turns raw information into a competitive advantage.
- Value Every Perspective: We are Better Together. We check egos at the door.
- Evolve or Evaporate: Change is our constant. We stay ahead by learning faster than the competition.
- Now Over Next: Perfection is the enemy of progress. We prefer action over endless analysis.
