We currently have seven outpaitent locations and partnerships with seven rural critical access hospitals. 21st Century Rehab provides quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy along with sports medicine and occupational health services. We are a physical therapist owned company and have brought on four additional partners over our 30 year history. 21st Century promotes and advocates for healthier lifestyles and wellness choices for all generations through the provision of our services and by being an organization that leads by example.
21st Century Rehab's mission is to be the preferred therapy of choice by creating a positive environment that focuses on one on one patient care and relationships.
