1ST SUMMIT BANK

We treat our customers like the hard-working people they are, not account numbers. We go out of our way to find new opportunities and innovative solutions for our customers to make the most of their money. And we are invested in the neighborhoods we serve which is a rewarding way to operate - for us and our customers.

We have been selected as one of the “Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania” and selected as one of the "Best Banks to Work For" by American Banker Magazine. We are a community bank that provides our employees with a creative and dynamic workplace in an employee-oriented culture that promotes open communication and performance-driven upward growth.

Our competitive salary and fringe benefits package, rewards and recognition program, team oriented work environment, individual mentoring program, and skill set training all contribute to our thriving work environment.

We provide opportunities for our professionals to personally invest in their communities through many volunteer and service events. Whether they are helping to clean up our neighborhoods, walking to raise awareness and raise funds for charitable organizations, or supporting local events, our professionals take pride in being an integral part of our thriving community.
