Routing Coordinator

Routing Coordinator zTrip - North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider zTrip is seeking a dependable and highly organized Routing Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate trip routing, optimize driver assignments, monitor service activity, and make real-time adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable transportation. As a key communication hub between drivers, customers, and operations teams, you will play an important role in maintaining service performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do as a Routing Coordinator:

• Coordinate and assign trips based on customer demand, driver availability, route efficiency, and service schedules.
• Monitor active trips and service coverage, making real-time routing adjustments to maximize efficiency and on-time performance.
• Communicate route information, trip updates, and operational changes to drivers in a clear and timely manner.
• Analyze service demand and traffic conditions to help optimize transportation routes and fleet utilization.
• Respond to driver and customer inquiries, providing professional support and issue resolution.
• Track and document routing activities, trip information, and service-related communications.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to improve daily transportation performance.
• Assist in managing service disruptions and resolving transportation challenges as they arise.
• Ensure accurate route planning and efficient deployment of transportation resources.

What You'll Bring to the Role as a Routing Coordinator:

• Previous experience in transportation, routing, dispatching, logistics, fleet operations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to think critically and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with routing software, GPS systems, dispatch platforms, or fleet management tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused under pressure.
• Valid driver's license.
