STUDENT - M&R Analyst

Main Purpose of the role:

This position executes all invoices to third party vendors for maintenance and repairs of ZIM equipment throughout USA.

Main Tasks:

• Executes invoicing to parties responsible for damages to company equipment.
• Maintain and upload all back-up documentation to Sharepoint.
• Maintain spreadsheets for all billed third party vendors via Excel and Power BI
• Troubleshoot all third-party vendor requests via email pertaining to on-going disputes.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Excel, advanced Excel and Nitro experience a plus. Familiarity to Power BI helpful. Logistics / Operation experience in Container Shipping industry (a plus). Must be able to commit to working 20 hours per week, on-site, in Virginia Beach, during normal business hours
