Vendor Performance & Portfolio Risk
- Develop and maintain an independent Controls view of vendor performance using schedule, quality/compliance, documentation, corrective-action, and other agreed performance indicators.
- Coordinate with the Director, Contracts, and Construction Directors to develop and maintain formal vendor scorecards; ensure the framework is implemented consistently and incorporated into recurring Controls reporting.
