Manage closing and post-closing processes, ensuring all deliverables and follow-ups are completed.
Serve as a key project manager for assigned transactions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timelines and approvals are met.
Partner with brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare transactions for Deal Committee and Capital Committee review.
Maintain and enhance Yum!’s M&A knowledge base and best practices.

Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
