Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.

Duties:

• Manage workers' compensation claims and related processes
• Utilize payroll/HRIS or similar HR software for data collection and analysis
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in talent management initiatives and employee development training.
• Oversee benefits administration and provide support for employee inquiries
• Administer FMLA, Disability and other leave programs effectively
• Participate in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Familiarity with payroll similar HRIS systems for data management
• Contribute to affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives
• Organize employee recognition, appreciation and celebration events
