Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders
• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet the unique needs of each child
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior strategies and skills across all environments
• Monitor and record progress, making data-driven decisions to inform treatment plans and optimize outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
